Best Massage in West L.A
Hello and welcome to my page!
I've been practicing massage therapy for over ten years and offer a session that you will enjoy and benefit from. If you like a light touch or deep tissue or somewhere between, I guarantee a session that you will leave feeling 100% better. My approach to bodywork is intuitive as my focus is on you and how your body reacts to my touch. The base massage technique that I use is Esalen~not Swedish.
Esalen massage is a style of massage that incorporates long connective movements from head to toe throughout the session. Once you have experienced getting a massage where the body is approached as a whole, you won't go back. It's like getting a constant body hug with your massage.
I use a towel caddy that keeps wet towels nice and warm and I use them before you flip
over and at the end of the session so you will leave the same way you came in ~ no lotion residue. I use a professional massage lotion that is scentless and non-greasy. My environment is low key and professional and parking is not a hassle as metered or two
hour parking is plentiful on the street.

Description of massage styles:
Esalen: This style of massage consists of long connecting movements that glide up and down the length of your body. Unlike Swedish massage, there is no interruption in the massage. It's very relaxing and the constant connectivity of the upper and lower regions
of the body adds to the relaxation.
Deep tissue: This is my favorite type of bodywork to give and receive and if you need those "rocks" worked out of your shoulders, you've come to an expert. With hours of sitting at a desk and working on the computer, the shoulders can get stiff and achy. Working out these rough spots can be intense at times but with my years of experience with working on the body, I can "smooth out" this area in a way where you will feel instant relief and not a lot
of discomfort.
Stretching: This is probably the most requested technique since adding it to my session three years ago. I worked with a Thai massage therapist and learned some stretches that I can incorporate into the massage. This technique is excellent for the gluteus muscles as well as the hamstrings. Also, this stretch can be effective for those who have a tendency towards sciatica.
Light touch massage: As the name suggests, this is for those who like a lighter approach to massage. I recently received a massage that was light and found that it can be very relaxing as well. It can almost put you to sleep if done correctly.
